- Where does MW Craftsman work?
- Chicago's western suburbs — Hinsdale, Western Springs, Burr Ridge, Clarendon Hills, La Grange, Oak Brook, Downers Grove, and Lemont. If you are nearby, ask. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
- What does a typical project cost?
- Most interior remodels we take on fall between $15,000 and $150,000, depending on scope, materials, and the bones of the house. The design proposal is where the number becomes real — not a guess on the phone.
- How far out are you booking?
- Larger projects often reserve a start date 8–12 months ahead. A 10% retainer holds your place. Smaller service and maintenance work can move faster.
- Will you work with my designer or realtor?
- Gladly. Designers and real estate professionals collaborate with Matt directly. Bring the vision; we will build it with the same care we bring to homeowner-led work.
- How do you handle dust and daily life during a remodel?
- Remodeling is a dusty endeavor. We reduce it on purpose: floor protection, furniture moved, temporary dust walls, air scrubbers — all before demo. We work so the house stays as usable as the stage of work allows, and we leave it clean at the end of each day.
