From the shop
Pieces you cannot buy.
Desks, seating, vanities, cabinets, and the highlighted work that makes a room belong to the people who live there.
The same shop
Built for the house, not a warehouse.
MW Craftsman started with custom furniture and still makes the pieces a catalog cannot. Simple lines. Proper proportions. Wood that already has a history, and hardware chosen for the hand. Common materials, used with uncommon care.
This is not a store. Nothing here has a price tag or a cart. If you want a desk, a seat, a vanity, or a cabinet wall that belongs to a particular room, send a note. Matt reads it himself.
Character
No two pieces are exactly alike. The grain, the hardware, and the room decide the work.
Proportion
Lines stay simple. Heights, reveals, and hardware are drawn before they are built.
Inquiry
Tell us the piece and the house. We will say honestly whether we should make it.
